Karen Judge: There are entire sections of PBS series The Secret life of the Brain. You can easily find any of them by searching for "The Secret Life of the Brain." There are episodes about the brain and all stages of life. This link is specifically about the teenage brain.

Both of these videos I watched while in an undergraduate class a couple years ago. The first video talks about what the students are like in today’s culture and encourage teachers to use technology to get the most out of the students. The second video is a guy reciting a poem about his nephew, who has ADD (FYI, he does use profane language two times).

Susan Clark - Daniel Tammet has an extraordinary story which he wrote about in his book, "Born on a Blue Day". Daniel has the diagnosis of a high functioning autistic savant. I read his book a couple years ago
and was fascinated by his ability to explain his own thought processes. He can learn languages in a matter of days and has recited pi to the 22,000th decimal place. He has been interviewed by multiple television
reporters around the world. I began looking up video clip about Daniel and there are a ton of them on YouTube. Here is the first one in the series to get you started.
